From The_C.O.W.S.

Length: 1 min

The Context of White Supremacy hosts our Thursday weekly caucus on Workplace Racism. The motivation for this broadcast is to refine non-white people's problem-solving abilities and to hone how black people think, speak, act and regulate emotions while on the job. Any listeners who've unearthed the best technique to limit conflict with White and/or non-white co-workers, sidestep demotions, write-ups, terminations or other violence we experience under Racist labor conditions should promptly dial in with specifics. We appreciate and encourage the experiences of "black entrepreneurs;" please, share with us how being "self-employed" improves your workplace experience. Several listeners have voiced an interest in forming a group to codify ideas to help black people in the area of employment. Any listeners with human resource experience are encouraged to inquire about details. We'll hear counter-racist strategies from listeners as well as individual reflections from your own work history. Gus suggests Victims of Racism write down important workplace events. Documenting your thoughts and workplace occurrences is more dependable than memory, and the act of documenting can clarify your thinking. We'll also ask that non-white listeners share critical sections of the policy and procedure from your current place of employment. #AnswersForMiriamCarey INVEST in The COWS - CALL IN NUMBER: 641.715.3640 CODE 564943#
